General Ordering Information
By Internet: Simply shop at our web site 24 hrs. a day at www.NauticalAccessories.com or www.NauticalCamper.com.

Exchanges or Returns: To exchange or return your purchase from Nautical Living, simply repackage the order (including instructions or warranty information) using the original packing. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours and returned as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed for shipping on damaged goods. Special orders must have prior authorization and a RGA#.
To get the RGA # you must call 1-888-263-1330 between 9am to 5pm EST.
Please ship UPS, RPS, or US Priority and insure the package. Shipping charges on return items will be assumed by the purchaser. If an item was shipped to you that was incorrect (our mistake), you will be reimbursed for shipping charges.

Shipping and Delivery: Nautical Living ships UPS. We generally ship out orders within 24 hours. If any item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. A surcharge may be added to oversized or heavy items. If applicable, this charge will be listed under the item.
